User-Generated Content
When you create prompts or post takes on What's Your Take:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform
- You represent that you have the right to post the content and it doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights
- You understand that your content will be publicly visible
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by What's Your Take and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Activities
